This is a hand sculpted clay creature, isnpired by the mythical Scottish Trows. They have been fired in the kiln, and hand painted with acrylics. This piece has been sealed with am acrylic varnish coating.
 
Each Trow has their own personality, and contributes to a larger story that can be seen on the instagram page @scottish_trows

  • PRODUCT INFO

    size: 14 x 8.5 cm

    material: bisque fired clay, acrylic paints, glossy acrylic varnish. 

    care + cleaning: Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture as quality and colour of the acrylics can alter in extreme conditions. Do not use acidic, or alcohol based cleaning products on the Trows as the varnish will wear away. Dusting the Trows is perfectly fine or going over them with luke warm water and soft cotton buds will be enough to make your Trows stay shiney and new.
     

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Please make sure you are happy with your order before purchasing - additional images and close shots of products can be provided. I offer a 14 day return policy if your item gets damaged during transit. I will package your purchased product securely to try and protect it from incurring any damage, however accidents during shipping can happen that are out with my control. If your item is delivered damaged, please contact me via email at jadediamondart@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged item. Refunds can be processed if reported to myself within 14 days of purchase, products are only eligible for a refund if in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, proof of purchase is also required. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of me receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Refunds / returns will not be possible if I am notified after the 14 day period. Damaged products, reported within 14 days, will be repaired/replaced free of charge - however the sender is liable for 100% of the return costs. I recommend using tracked or insured delivery when returning your product as I am not liable for any items that go missing in transit. I pride myself on customer satisfaction, if you have any issues with your purchase at all, please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will try my best to resolve any problems you may have.
     

  • SHIPPING INFO

    All orders will be processed within 3 business days after clearance of payment. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for order processing and fulfilment. (Shipping times may be longer if purchasing from outside the UK and a more accurate timeframe will be provided to you once your order has been processed). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays – unless discussed and agreed otherwise. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay with the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via e-mail. I am not responsible for any customs, taxes or delivery fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive an email confirming your order and providing you with a Royal Mail tracking number. If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 72 hours of your purchase, please get in touch via email – jadediamondart@outlook.com.
